Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
We aim to ship orders on the day the order is placed as mail service allows. Most orders will ship within one to three business days unless it is a pre-order for an item that is not yet available. For those orders, we will notify you when we receive the product, and it is ready to ship.
Local Pickup
Most orders will be ready for local pickup the day the order is placed, or by the date and time you request at the time you place your order. We will notify you if there is a delay.
Bike Shipping Policy
Most bikes that can be purchased on our website ship free to the lower 48 states within 1-3 days. We do not sell Transition bikes on our website, they must be purchased and picked up in-store.
International Shipping
We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.
Free Shipping
We provide free standard shipping on orders over $100, excluding large items such as bicycles.
