Return Policy
RETURNS (excluding bicycles)
You can return most new, unused items within 30 days from the time of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price, minus a 5% restocking fee. In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply depending on the costs associated with processing the return.
No returns on parts that have been installed. If returns are sent back without the original packaging or in used condition Lenny's reserves the right to charge a 50% restocking fee or ship the item back to the customer at the customer's expense.
For bicycles bought online or in store we offer return by in store credit within 30 days of bicycle being ordered. Bicycles must be in unused condition and must be packed properly and arrive to us with no damage.
To start a return please send us an email at info@lennysbikeshop.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Lenny's Bike Shop is not responsible for shipping cost to return an item unless the wrong item was sent by Lenny's Bike Shop. Lenny's Bike Shop does not refund the cost of shipping when the item was purchased unless the wrong item was sent by Lenny's Bike Shop
Lenny's Bike Shop does not accept returns on electric bicycle batteries. These are final sale.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all bicycles are properly packaged for return shipment, including warranty returns. Any bicycle received with damage resulting from inadequate or improper packaging may be subject to a substantial restocking fee. Refunds are issued on our side but can take 5-10 business days to show on your bank statement depending on the bank.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled if they were placed less than an hour prior. Any order over $1000 in value will result in a 5% fee to cover fees incurred.
Shipping
Most orders over $50 will receive FREE SHIPPING within continental USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Oversize items such as bicycles, wheels, frames and some handlebars may be subject to a shipping charge.
Lenny's Bike Shop reserves the right to modify shipping expenses for orders and refund orders if they do not fall within our standards for free shipping
Order Processing Time
We aim to ship orders on the day the order is placed as mail service allows. Most orders will ship within one to three business days unless it is a pre-order for an item that is not yet available. For those orders, we will notify you when we receive the product, and it is ready to ship.
Local Pickup
Most orders will be ready for local pickup the day the order is placed, or by the date and time you request at the time you place your order. We will notify you if there is a delay.
Bike Shipping Policy
Most bikes that can be purchased on our website ship free to the lower 48 states within 1-3 days.
International Shipping
We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.
Free Shipping
We provide free standard shipping on orders over $100, excluding large items such as bicycles.
Canceled Orders
If you need to cancel your order please email us at info@lennysbikeshop.com. We cannot guarantee your order can be canceled if it has already been placed with our warehouse. Orders that are more than $1000 will be charged a processing fee to cover our fees.
