If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it in NEW, UNUSED or UNINSTALLED condition and in the original box, within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund to you back on a gift card, less the original postage and handling. If you choose to exchange item(s), you must pay shipping and handling charges. All returns must be packaged carefully and shipped via insured US Mail or ground service with freight prepaid. DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK TO US C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. Returns will NOT be accepted for installed items.

Shortages and Misships
If we have made a mistake on your order, we will work with you to best resolve any problems created. Please notify us regarding any mistakes with your order! We want to hear about problems ASAP in order to serve you better. We will pay for all shipping charges (Ground) for misships by reimbursing you for actual shipping charges.
