Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item shipping from our warehouse. We will only issue refunds for items that are in new unused and have not been installed. All original tags and packaging must be included with the item.
To start a return please send us an email at info@lennysbikeshop.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Lenny's Bike Shop is not responsible for shipping cost to return an item unless the wrong item was sent by Lenny's Bike Shop.
If the item was used or not in the original packaging Lenny's Bike Shop reserves the right to charge a restocking fee.
Shipping
Most orders over $50 will receive FREE SHIPPING within continental USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Oversize items such as bicycles, wheels, frames and some handlebars may be subject to a shipping charge.
Lenny's Bike Shop reserves the right to modify shipping expenses for orders and refund orders if they do not fall within our standards for free shipping
