AGE 18 OR OLDER.

 1. Sponsor 

The sponsor of the Dirt Jumper Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is Lenny’s Bike Shop LLC, 

2. Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to legal residents of lower 48 states who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Lenny’s Bike Shop, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

• The Giveaway begins at 4/2/25 and ends at 5/2/25 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received after the end of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. The
  sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM PST on April 2, 2025, and ends at
  11:59:59 PM PST on May 2,, 2025 (“Entry Period”).
  

4. How to Enter Entry Method 1: Visiting www.lennysbikeshop.com and completing an eligible online purchase. For every $1 spent, eligible participants will automatically be granted 1-5 entries into the Sweepstakes, as specified on the product listing.
At the Sponsor’s discretion, promotions may be offered at any time to eligible
participants throughout the duration of the Sweepstakes. Such promotions may
include, but are not limited to, doubling or tripling the amount of entries for every $1 spent (typically equal to 1-5 entries as set forth above) in connection to a Lennys BIke Shop  online purchase. Sponsor is not required to offer such promotions.
Entry Method 2: Mail a postcard with your full name, telephone number, email
address, and the phrase "Lenny's Bike Shop Giveaway #1” to the following address:  listed below.

• To enter, visit www.lennysbikeshop.com, and complete the entry form. All fields must be filled out accurately.

• Alternatively, you can enter by method such as purchasing a product for 1 dollar, following social media, etc. Buy entries,Refer-a-friend, or share on social media sites

• ,gets you more entries

• For every $1 spent during the Giveaway Period. Duplicate or multiple entries will be disqualified.

• Each postcard is entitled to five (5) Sweepstakes entries. Limit one (1) postcard
  entry per person, per day. Postcard entries received during Sponsor’s
  promotional periods should also include 2x, 3x, or the multiplier being offered
  during the promotional period, in order to receive the number of additional entries

5. Prize

• One (1) grand prize winner will receive a (GT Labomba Pro 26”). The approximate retail value of the Prize is $950.

• No substitution or transfer of the Prize is allowed, except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about [4/2/25].

• The winner will be notified via, email or phone] within 1 week of the drawing.

• The winner must respond within 1 week of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner will be selected.
  

7. Odds of Winning

• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity

• By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Lenny’s Bike Shop to use their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

9. Taxes

• The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the Prize. 

10. General Condition:

• The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

• Lenny’s Bike Shop reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or engages in fraudulent activity.

• The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, human error, or technical malfunctions that may occur during the Giveaway.

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lenny’s Bike Shop, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of their participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the Prize. 

11. Governing Law 

• This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington state.

12. Privacy

• By entering, participants agree to the collection of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and as outlined in Lenny’s Bike Shop’s privacy policy. Participants’ information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the Prize.

13. Sponsor’s Rights

• Lenny’s Bike Shop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at its discretion, including in the event of a technical problem, fraud, or any other factor that impairs the integrity or fairness of the Giveaway.

14. Legal Compliance

• This Giveaway is conducted in compliance with Washington State law.

Additional Notes for Washington State:

• Washington state law may require certain disclosures in promotional materials. Specifically, giveaways or contests in Washington state must adhere to Washington’s gambling laws, which could apply to games of chance and sweepstakes. It’s important to ensure the random drawing element is not seen as a lottery unless it complies with specific registration and bonding requirements if needed.
